HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?


Ready stock items: Our dispatch team will take 1 - 2 working days to pack and arrange for dispatch of your parcel.
Backorder items: All backorders placed are expected to arrive in 2-3 weeks time.
We will only deliver your parcel once all items in your order are ready.

During sale periods, please note that there may be a delay in deliveries.


HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING COST?


All shipping charges will be calculated automatically upon check out.

For the online purchases, we offer FREE DELIVERY for all local order above RM 300.
Orders under RM 300 will be charged a small shipping fee start from RM 8 for West Malaysia and RM15 for East Malaysia.

Your parcel will be delivered via JNT Express which is safe, efficient, and reliable.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES


Yes, we gladly accept orders from all over the world! 

But unfortunately, only Singapore shipping are available now at a weight-based rate, which will be calculated upon checkout.
Singapore customer will receive FREE SHIPPING when the purchase amount is exceeds RM 350.

For other countries, kindly drop us a message for more shipping details.


SELF-COLLECTION SERVICE


Yes we do provide self-collection service at our warehouse based in J Dupion Residence.
You can choose your pick-up time & date upon the checkout page
All pick ups strictly on appointment basis only. We may not be able to allow your pick up if there is no prior appointment made.


SAME DAY DELIVERY


We do cooperate with Lalamove for same day delivery.

Rate starts at RM4 for each address within Kuala Lumpur. Delivery charges will be borne by customers while receive the items

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?


You may log in to your account on our website, click on Account Summary to check the status of your order.

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email notifying you of your parcel tracking number.

With the tracking number, you can stay updated on the delivery status of your parcel on the JNT website, for deliveries within Singapore and Malaysia.


WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT IN WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVES?


If you have missed your delivery, please arrange for a re-delivery with JNT on their website by contacting their customer service. One-time re-delivery is free!

Please do note that if the re-delivery fails and parcel is returned to us, delivery fee is chargeable for a second courier delivery.
