Our return policy is only applicable to any item(s) purchased online and delivered in Malaysia, within 10 days of receiving your order.

• Returns are free if the product you received is wrong or defective, otherwise shipping charges will be borne by you.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in brand new condition. (without any stains, fragrances, scents including detergent and perfume)
• Items on limited time promotions or purchased within the Sale section are not returnable.

We reserve the rights to reject any refunds if the return item doesn't meet above conditions.

Customers must contact us within 10 days upon receiving their parcel and our customer service team will assist you with the return process.

We recommend you opt for a shipment method that enables tracking. THE FRIDAY CLUB will not be responsible for the loss of a returned parcel. 

We offer 2 options for you to return your purchase: 

1. Self-collection - All meet up are strictly on appointment basis only.  
2. Self-shipment - All the return parcel postage fee will be bear by The Friday Club (included return postage) , and customer take the full responsibility till the parcel reaches us.

You will be notified via Whatsapp/email once your parcel reaches us.

We will then process the return and it takes up to 7 working days for the refund to be made to your payment services provider. Any refunds processed shall be return via the original payment method for easier tracking of money movement.

If you do not receive your refund after 7 working days, please contact your payment processor or our customer service directly for further information. We shall be held responsible for any disputes received.

Items can be exchanged once and the exchange is final. 

• If the replacement item is of a lower value, you may use the excess value on another item.
• Please note that any excess value cannot be refunded.
• If the replacement item is of a higher value, you will have to cover the difference.

Please note that an exchange is subject to stock availability and we reserve the right to do an exchange by way of giving you a refund, or any other methods at the discretion of THE FRIDAY CLUB.

We reserve the right to reject item/s that do not fulfil the conditions above.
